Dear Residents,

We are starting a brand-new Text Messaging service to inform residents of the upcoming projects. Not everyone has an email address, or a phone number listed on file, so if you have not received a text message or an email, please call or email the office.

We will be starting repairs on the sewer and water lines in the M building on Monday, October 23^rd, 2023. Please move ALL cars from in front of the L and the M building by Sunday night.

Dock Fire Extinguishers

Fire extinguishers Replacement for ALL docks will start on Monday, October 23^rd, 2023. Fire extinguishers will be maintained by the phase to ensure compliance with the city ordinance. All fire extinguishers will be attached to a piling.

Rat Issue

We are aware of a growing issue with these rodents. We are working with a new company to bring this issue under control; however, we also need the help of ALL residents to accomplish this.

1)      Please do not feed the cats/ducks/birds, squirrels etc. The food being left out is drawing rats because of the access to an easy meal. This is EVERYONE’s responsibility.

Going forward our security cameras will identify individuals who violate this imperative rule and the old fines of up to $500 will be levied and enforced. Please be a good neighbor and help bring this issue under control.
