BACKGROUND SCREENING FORM
The purpose of the background screening is typically to ensure that new residents meet certain criteria set forth by the HOA, such as financial stability, criminal history, and adherence to community rules and regulations.
TENANT LEASE APPLICATION
The application must be filled out and signed by the unit owner(s) and lease applicant(s), including individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. It should be submitted at least twenty (15) days before the lease commencement. Application fee is $250.
